Pave Guard Technologies Inc was founded to provide energy solutions that prevent snow and ice formation on a variety of surfaces such as bridges, roadways, parking lots, sidewalks, et al.  Pave Guard systems can also be used for energy generation when the system is not in use.  The Pave Guard system collects solar energy through photovoltaic cells mounted on a roof or panel.  The sun’s rays power the system which heats an eco friendly antifreeze solution and circulates it through sub-surface tubing.  Excess energy generated when the building is not in use can be used for other building energy needs or sold back to the grid.  The Pave Guard system has patents pending in the United States and Germany.
